Extremely motivated person, objective driven, with high skills in team building and communication, committed to achieve results. Interested and fond of technology; deep knowledge in Software Development Processes as well as in all specific engineering disciplines as Requirement Engineering, Change Management and Development/Design.
In my professional experience I have always tried to learn and to extend my capabilities constantly putting my limits under a great strain. I have participated in many projects covering different roles, from the development to the project management – also with formal methods as Prince 2 – in different environments (embedded development, financial software, networking applications).
In the last four years I had the chance to develop my idea – build a collaboration platform for software projects development – as well as to face and compare my experience with many IT professionals on the international market, fact that has deeply strengthen my vision and experience in the Software Development Area.

Proposal for improvement, capacity planning and costs estimation for change, definition of change management plan and migration strategies.

Project Manager

Leader of a team of professionals in a high strategic project to define the standard process and infrastructure (tools, templates, roles) to be adopted company wide. The company had a software factory of more than 250 people developing with different technologies (Mainframe, JAVA, C/C++, Smalltalk, Web…) and distributed over a wide territory.
The major issue to tackle was to keep as more independent from technology as possible the main process and infrastructure, in order to reduce the cost of information and status analysis.
